The benefits of having a beautiful confident smile that lasts a lifetime are truly priceless. Orthodontic treatment is an excellent investment in your overall dental, physical and emotional health. Each case is unique, therefore each patient's fee is determined on an individual basis, with difficulty and length of treatment taken into consideration.

Being sensitive to the fact that people have individual needs regarding payment for orthodontic services, our office offers several options for payment:

• The initial consultation (to address your needs and concerns) is complimentary.
• A bookkeeping courtesy discount is offered to patients who pay their orthodontic fee in full at the beginning of treatment (cash or check).
• Convenient lower monthly payments are provided through Orthodontic Fee Plan. OFP, endorsed by the American Association of Orthodontists, is a finance company customized for orthodontics.
• An automatic draft from your bank account or credit card in even monthly interest-free payments, following an initial payment made directly to our office.
• Insurance assignments are accepted and filed to make sure your benefits are maximized.

• Initial exam
• Orthodontic records
• Consultation
• Placement of braces
• Treatment visits
• One set of retainers
• One year of retention visits

Insurance

If your insurance policy offers orthodontic coverage, we will help you determine the coverage available to you and make arrangements for payment of your account dependent on the insurance coverage. We will need a signed dental insurance form complete with personal information. We are happy to help in any way in filing your claims and handling insurance questions from our office on your behalf.
